A Local Authority covering the Highland area. Our portfolio includes schools, care homes, leisure centres and offices.

Actions implemented in the field of building performance:
We have an energy management and performance plan aimed at reducing energy use in buildings. We also have a renewable energy strategy aimed at encouraging more "green" energy generation. We are signed to Scotland's Climate Change Declaration and have targets to reduce CO2 emissions from buildings by 15% by 1010. In addition water use is being monitored through out Carbon management Plan.
