www.enper-exist.com Enpert-Exist is a project in the Intelligent Energy Europe
Programme of the European Commission. The main objective of
the ENPER-EXIST project is to support the take off of the
EPBD in the field of existing buildings. It intends to work
in close coordination with the concerted action set up by
Members states to support the application of the EPBD.
www.gebaeudeenergiepass.de Dena (Deutsche Energie Agentur) actively supports the
implementaion process of the Federal Government of Germany
by numerous associated and directly connected projects that
intend to facilitate the legislative progress and the
introduction to the market of the German Standard DIN V
18599, which provides a complex method to assess the total
energy efficiency of buildings.
www.energiesparen.be The Flemish Government adopted the rules applicable for
becoming recognized energy expert for dwellings at the level
of the Flemish Region. The recognized experts will be
allowed to apply the energy advice procedure (EAP) which
gives on a voluntary basis energy advice about existing
single family houses. The EAP currently launched at the
Belgian level is a first important step towards the
mandatory energy certification of existing residential
buildings in case of sales or rent. (only in Flemish)
